I had a teacher, who asked me to show the Java Virutal Machine ;) All this issue will be solved only when, teaching becomes an attractive profession for good quality engg graduates.
No shortcuts. I've seen the knowledge level of many of our academic committee members in University. As long as they are not replaced with some one knowledgeable, situation wont change.
