Chakra Live CD comes with KDE 4.2.x by default and to install KDE 4.3.x, we need Broadband again (320 MB for online-minimal install). As i said earlier, it is possible to get the packages (of any size) from my friends if i get the file list with download URL. Arch has such an option, but it's not recommended.
Everyone says KDE 4.3.x is more stable than KDE 4.2.x. I had tried kubuntu 9.04 ( KDE 4.2 ) which did not deliver the expected performance. Do i have to wait till Karmic Koala for a stable KDE 4.3 distro ? Thanks, Ershad --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ "Freedom is the only law".
