Hi You can assign a permanent web-address(subdomain) to your dynamic ip using any of the services below. Most of these would require you to run their clients on your computer so that each time you connect to the net, the dynamic ip assigned to you is sent to the domain name server. After setting up, anybody can type in the registered address to access your local server through the net.
