You can setup a server, but everytime you reconnect, your IP will

Thank you. I have no problem in IP change every time, i would like to set up a
small web server. I don't know how to direct users to my server when they give
my current ip in browser. Could you help ?
To setup a web server, just install the apache server package. If you
are going for web development, you might need other packages like php
and mysql or pgsql for database.
after apache is successfully installed, typing your IP address in the
address bar will lead to the pages in the /var/www directory in your system.
Also, typing http://localhost in the address bar of a browser from your
system when you are not connected to net will lead to the same pages.
Hope it helps.
