YA.. ITS MISSING if there is only one panel is running at the moment. The progam is called > 'gnome-panel'. NO THERE ARE MORE THAN 1 GNOME PANEL RUNNING.. (AND ALL PANELS ARE BLANK.. NOTHING TO NAVIGATE OR SELECT.. ) AND THERE IS NO WAY TO OPEN TERMINAL IN THAT GUI.. SO I HAD TO RELAY ON Alt+Ctrl+F1... From terminal you can't delete a panel, BUT I KILLED IT USING TERMINAL.. BUT DO SOME ONE KNOW ANY WAY TO DELETE IT.. but you can replace > the session. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? TELL ME EVERTHING... try 'gnome-panel --help-all' for possible options.
