Rahul,

Most of us (include me) are taking part in these discussions as a side issue
(to support our day job which earns us Rs). There are others who are on
their feet, pounding the streets of villages and small towns and they may
have a different perspective.

Just imagine a person who is skilled in IT, but not comfortable
communicating in English (can not translate!). Should (s)he be out these
discussion groups? Even though, rationally I can not agree with Amachu's
stand, I can understand his principle from that perspective.

We must have a provision for such a hypothetical person to participate.
Please have a re look at this.

We will try to tag and translate as much as possible, if the original sender
failed to do that. We can also look at automatic tagging by the list, if it
is possible.

Best regards,

Ma Sivakumar
