May be you are right. But i suppose he assumes he should be allowed to
post freely in tamil without tagging or anything as this m/l being in
capital of tamil nadu ?? like the way nobody would question posting in
french in a mailing list in paris. How do you counter this?
I am very much in favour of tagging it tamil.
