I know this has been discussed before but I am just wondering, how many people here with constant internet connections (i.e. ADSL or Cable Modem) use Firewall software ?
I am debating over whether to buy Norton's firewall software but don't want to be wasting my money. I have not had any problems since having Cable Modem, although I must admit that I am not sure what problems I would notice if somebody was trying to get into my computer. I had heard that some software can report every single hit on your computer but that some of these hits are innocuous (i.e. tests from your own server). I would really appreciate any suggestions on this, Amber -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
