What is pissing people off is that all they want is to retain their email,
but Apple has made it an all or nothing deal. It would have been
interesting to see how many would have gone for a paid iTools if it was a
separate item. Presumably Apple thought they needed a stick (lose your
email) as well as a carrot to increase the uptake.
