Sony has released one, that I know of. Logitec seems to be using the 
Sony drive as well. But its easily $100 more than the Pioneer 105.

I wish the higher capacity +9.4GB blue laser beam drive technology 
standard would hurry up and emerge so that these begin mass production. 
4.7GB just doesn't hack it any more :-)
