  I highly recommend Spelltools, if it can still be found. Works with all
your apps, great program, price is right (free). Can't say if it works with
9.2, I use it all the time in 9.1.

  But let's assume it would also be nice to get your spelling dictionary
back, should you want it. In a later post you write:

What do you get for choices?

In my AW 5 I see the dictionaries are in a folder in the system folder. The
ones I have are called: US English - Spelling, US English - Hyphenation,
User Dictionary. You might want to use Sherlock to see if you can find these
files, note their location, and then browse and choose them.

Right, because you have to choose the dictionary first.

I think you can do it without that, but if necessary, I know of no reason
why you would not be able to use the AW from the 9.0 disk, as (at least in
my similar vintage CD) IIRC it comes with its own installer.
