I'm not specifically familiar with OS X updates, but generally, yes. I'm
assuming that the installer can be downloaded as a standalone and run from
the hard drive. Download the installer on the PC, but don't unstuff it
there. Burn it to a CD in a format the Mac can read, copy it to the hard
drive and expand it there. Or just expand it to the hard drive. You should
be good to go--just as if you'd downloaded the file on your Mac.
