Do I detect the dim light of the Luddite in this thread? What is wrong
with a WP that will do decent tables, without causing hair to be torn out in
hanks at the primitive means of adjustment, and one that will do columns,
which Appleworks has not heard of? Or wrapping text round images? Or
being able directly to draw simple diagrams? I am a retired journalist/pr
who has spent fifteen years using Word and Wordperfect and, while I still
think my iMac G4 is beautiful and has a superb screen, I miss those
excellent programmes badly. Anthony Worner
