I couldn't find a copy of a version of OS 9 that would install on a bare
machine (I only have four of them around the house that came with an OS
9 disk...) so I was forced into the gruesome hack of installing OS 9.2
inside a disk image. This has worked very slickly, except when I try to
run Photoshop LE. In that case, it doesn't have enough free space in
the teeny little disk image to put its temp files, so I can view a
picture,
but can't remove the moustache from Aunt Maude. It turned out to be
a painless way to organize things, though, and I can even copy the whole
Classic installation to another machine if I have some reason for
wanting
to do something that odd....
