I want to upgrade my 333 mhz iMac. I plan to add more memory and a new
hard drive. Do I need a 2.5 inch internal drive or a 3.5 inch internal
drive? I want to use OS X and I know that there are certain things that I
need to do.

3.5 inch, 5400 RPM or better.
