Some PC133 RAM do not work properly in Mac's!I am in the process of upgrading the memory in my friend's Rev C slot-loading Imac. I installed 256M each in the upper and lower slots, in the proper physical size.
Where did the RAM come from? Reputable dealer who knew what machine it was going into?
Try som other chips or clean the contacts using a lead pencil eraser, isopropyl alcohol or electronic cleaner, and then reseat chips.
