What *is* one-click internet sharing?
Easier to show with a picture, but if you go to System Preferences -> Sharing, you will see a checkbox called "Personal Web Sharing." Check it, and voila! Whatever web pages you have in your Sites folder are now on the internet.* There is another checkbox called "Personal File Sharing." Check it, and voila! All the files in your Public folder are now available for download.
These features are OF COURSE turned off by default (which is more than you can say for MS), and have options regarding security.
*broadband connection or better is required.
