I would guess that just about ALL Ethernet to 802.11 devices would be Mac
compatible, they don't require drivers or a particular OS - your computer
just thinks it's a normal old Ethernet cable.  Most say "Compatible with PC,
Mac, XBox, PS2, Printers, Set top boxes, ANYTHING WITH AN ETHERNET PORT!"
Any setup that they require is usually done with a normal web browser.

For $100 you can get a PCI 802.11g card with Mac drivers.  Needs at least OS
10.2.4 though:
