The release of iTunes for Windows has left me a little confused. I don't use the iTMS (stuck with a 56k line), but I keep seeing reviews that mention that iTMS sells songs only in a proprietary format usable by only the iPod and iTunes.
I was under the impression that iTMS sells songs compressed with AAC, which is part of the MPEG-4 standard. Am I wrong?
