It's probably a matter of taste. I would put 10.3 on the iMac (My parents
have one with 320MB, and they love it. If you could put a 256 stick into it
(or better: 512MB!),  it would certainly become at least 25% faster than as
is, but you will still get the kind of stability that you have never seen
before), 8.1 on the Performas due to the lack of RAM and perhaps 9.2.x on
the 440. I would certainly upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 and from 9.0 to 9.2.1 or
9.2.2 on the Powermac.

Just my 0.02 Euro.
