I made sure to check that! LOL...it is dark in there and I couldn't see the icons but the ethernet port is a little bigger - BUT, then again I just checked and...YES...I believe you are the winner...DUH! I was using the wrong plug.
Well, another 45 min. trip each way and maybe I can get it going THIS time! Good thing I just got up from a nap and am in a very slow mood or I would be screaming. :o(

Yep, that is what I had done! I had tried both plugs to be sure, but thought the other (correct one) was too large...I should have known better!
Anyway, it is working, albeit slowly (26,000 to 24,000) but they have OLD phone lines so that might be the cause of it. It didn't seem to be that slow when I was using it so it might not be reading it correctly...but they are online!
