So my question is this: Is there any software available
(preferably freeware) that will convert a PAL DVD movie on my hard drive to
NTSC format or that will play a PAL formatted movie on Panther?
VLC will play it, I believe. I think FFMPEG X will convert it and Quicktime Pro might be able to play/convert it as well with the $30 MPEG-2 component. Depends on how "MacTheRipper" (a program I'm not familar with) saved the files.
