Why not spend just a bit more and get an Epson Stylus 5400 or 6400 
All-In-One?

It works beautiful with the Mac.
It has individual ink tanks (no throwing away when only one color is 
out..)
It Scans, It prints, It copies and (if you get the 6400) it reads all 
of the photo memory cartridges/sticks automatically into iPhoto.
It's also very fast in printing.

I replaced my HP 3500c (and an older Epson printer) with this model and 
I am VERY happy.
