I work in a three person 4 color print shop and I do
the typesetting, digital prepress, estimating and run
the two color press so with so many hats and so I can
actually go home when we are really busy my main
machine is a 1GHz G4 iBook. In my situation video
mirroring is essential. You can't accurately color
correct CMYK color on an iBook screen so I have an
external monitor connected that I do that on.

In Panther or Jaguar its easy to seperately calibrate
them. Just go to the Displays in the System
Preferences and then the color tab. One will appear
on each screen with the name of it and you can
calibrate them seperately. Thats the only part where
it doesn't just mirror and they have different things
on each.
