Emac is wired into the router, PC clone is wireless, IBM Thinkpad is wireless.
They are indeed networked together, wireless or wired. On each machine you want to access you need to enable file sharing and share the appropriate folders. How depends on the OS. For the any of them check the help for how to share. For the Mac you will need to enable Windows file sharing (assuming it's running OS X).

Now I think that is the right question.
You need to detail the network connection. Is one wired to the router and the other wireless? If so, they likely are on the same network. Is one connected to the broadband connection via a switch or hub as well as the router then that is a different matter.
