You should be able to turn File Sharing On to turn SOMETHING into a file
server and then find the Server from another computer in order to get or
give it files.

All of the networked drives will show up in the "My Computer" window of
the PC or in the Chooser of the Mac (OS9 and under) or in the Connect To
under the Go menu in OSX.
