I was wondering, it won't do my iMac (1Ghz 17") any harm to sleep it every night rather than turn it off will it?
It is in fact DESIGNED to be slept rather than shut off.
Could you elaborate or point to something about your statement. OS X , being Unix, likes to be on all the time as well (overnight maintenance, etc.)?
Excellent! Party! Will be leaving on sleep then, I am an impatient fellow and waking it faster then booting. :)
