Thanks for the tip.  Indeed, I use OE and I see the Work Offline choice.
But I did not realize that using this choice will stop any feedback to the
spammer via the HTML links which verifies to him/her that I am here and
well.  True?

Just being PC by the way.  Are all spammers men?  Heh, heh.
