Hmmm? Sure not my experience. Except for the inability to change the graphic card the new iMac is far easier to upgrade than any iMac ever. Granted it's three captive screws instead of the latch of the Power Mac's but other than that is a super easy computer to access. It also has a longer CIP list than any Apple in recent history.
