You can get AW for about $10 yourself at Software-Blowouts, then update it for free to the current version. If you want it.

+/- the legality of OEM pulls, which is what most dirt cheap offerings like that are...


The point is that Macs are supposed to *work* right out of the box.

They used to.

But now they don't.  Why?  Because Apple is CHEAP.

It is simply embarrassing to not be able to open a word processing document on a high-end computer. Even low and high end Dells come with word processing software!
