Not so much "wrong" as "in need of some clarification," Dennis.
Carmen made it VERY clear he was looking for a free copy of OS 9, not just the update.
I would assume that he was looking for the updates since its reasonable to ask if they're free. However he had said in previous posts that he has OS X and wanted OS 9. Which made me think otherwise. If you're going to pay for anything, surely the Mac OS is worth the whole �99 for the latest version of OS X, less for OS9. (I'm not suggesting paying for OS X then pirating everything else, there is a bewildering array of Open-Source applications open to you.)
