 iMac 266 running 9.2.2

What is the best email client???

For that system? Probably Eudora. I always liked it and only gave it up because OS X beckoned and Eudora wasn't ready.

Eudora works just fine in OS X. The current version is 6.2; I still use 6.0 because the upgraded features don't support the upgrade price for me.

When I first switched over to OS X a couple of years ago, the first OS X app I installed was Eudora. Granted, it isn't all flashy & "htmly" as Apple Mail, BUT it does the job the way I WANT, unlike Apple Mail that forces you to change to its "desires"
