Thanks. :) It's one of my pet peeves. We need to find a way to
educate people - to teach them what "diagnostics" are appropriate
when. I'm afraid we're all too influenced by the windoze-induced
panic reaction -- using sledge hammerish tools and reinstalling
things unnecessarily ... All it does is produce frustration and extra
downtime.
