Its gonna cost me $200 to fix this out of my own pocket. Can you tell
me if there is someone else to contact?
Is it too much to ask that they pay for the shipping? What if I lived
in Alaska? Do they WANT people to buy their products.
sorry for the rant-I am disappointed.
I believe the term you should use in your justified "rant" is customer
satisfaction--or the lack thereof.
