It clearly states that shipping costs are covered. Keep reading the page to them again and again until you get shuffled up to somoene that will help you.

That's what I did when my G3 ibook crapped out--they weren't helpful at first, but kept at it and ended up being given a G4 ibook as a free replacement.

me if there is someone else to contact?
Is it too much to ask that they pay for the shipping? What if I lived
in Alaska? Do they WANT people to buy their products.
sorry for the rant-I am disappointed.
