I removed a dead drive from an eMac and it's thinner than most- width and length standard for 3.5" but "depth thickness" is not. Will a normal-thickness 3.5 inch drive fit back into that space where the hard drive sits, and even if a thicker/normal 3.5 inch ATA/IDE drive technically fits- will it overheat the eMac or pose other problems? Is the 1.25 GHz G4 eMac drive IDE or EIDE?
By the way is anyone as angry as me that Diskwarrior doesn't let you try before you buy? DiskWarrior was useless on the eMac disk and we had to spend $108 to find out that it was NOT going to work! At least with DataRescue you get to find out if the program is actually going to recover any data or not before paying the $100!
