It probably should be done, but don't expect much where a guy ignores the
replies he gets. He probably got 1000 messages since his last outburst. I
can't imagine he's been reading them, so I wouldn't expect him to heed the
trailers.
He oughta be on the kill list.
This might be a situation where multiple moderators could be empowered over
there at Ipswitch, so that any one of them could go in and remove a guy (in
case the real moderator is up to his neck in real work)
