That's why they pay me the BIG BUCKS (Yea, right!). I may have a few rough
edges as Vaughn says, but I too am willing to take a bit of heat for it and
will admit that it might not have been the best way to phrase my answer. Just
try to tell it like it is (boy, does that phrase tell my age???).

That is part of what I like best about my job, is that I can make the point.
Part of a support job is learning when to say 'I'm right and you are not', but
not in so many words. But, I do feel that I should be treated in this forum,
just like you would expect to be treated (OK, maybe not exactly). Set you
standards high and I'll try.

BTW, I've recently been told, nore than once, that I use '!' often in my
email. FYI, I usually use them only when I'm trying to make a point (like in a
written sentance). They are not emoticons, in my email language. Again, I'll
try not to use them often.

Can we end this thread now? At least change the subject line if you
reply.
