Ok i like this one better....I agree if you can get your point across and
make it so it dosent sound like your talking from a script that helps. You
have to be real with customers and make them feel that you really are
helping them not just ohhh another customer. I have always made an effort to
try to deal with customers more on a  one to one basis, not just do this and
this and this and that will fix it. I deal with a large amount of corporate
customers so its not as easy to try to become "There" contact. Appreciate
the effort, and as far as age goes hehe imagine this 22 your old Systems
Administrator for a multi million dollar isp. You would not even image the
kind of static i catch here on a daily basis :))
