Do you have any idea as to how large a file it would take and is there a
work around? This is happening to us quite frequently... every evening and
sometimes during the daytime.

Any time I have witnessed such activity I open up the
spool folder and watch as a file gets larger. This is
when someone is sending a very large file that I see
this type of response.
