I had hoped you would say something like that, thanks for the input. I
finally have all novell, nt, win98 passwords in sync and it would be great
if the imail also syncs.

Let's say you run Company X, and your employees need to log onto your
server(s), and you want to supply them with an email account as well. In
this case, use NT database. This way when users change their LAN password,
their email password chages as well. if you terminate their employment,
their email access goes away when you remove their NT account.
However, if you are going to supply only email accounts to people (who won't
need access to your servers) you'll want to use the internal iMail database.
Also, the NT database starts to crap out at about 10,000 users or so.
