A user got a message with a Reply to:

'"Bloggs, Joe" <jbloggs@...>

Imail (web interface) won't process this if they click reply.
What are the standards here ?
I've looked at RFC-822 but it seems to say that the quoted part
can be interpreted as a list but that the sending server need not be
concerned about this, only the <jbloggs@...> part.
Anyone know?
