I clean those files out after 3 days.

As to the multiple copies of the email do the people getting them use Eudora? I've seen that as a problem with Eudora but not Outlook.

We're reaching a point of desperation here, so I was wondering if anyone had
any advice on my problem outlined below. People are getting multiple copies
of emails with attachments, but in general the T and D files are definitely
hanging around way too long and I cannot figure out why the T files are not
being converted to Q files. I don't know where to look, I've just never
seen this problem before, not even on the list. Please post back if you
have any idea what could be going on... We need you! :)
