Yeah, that's great, except that would be killing legit mail, and keep
everyone pissed off at me because they're not getting all their mail.

No, the clients are not using Eudora, nor are they checking too frequently
for messages. Again, the T files are supposed to be come Q files, and they
just aren't. I think the system is trying to put these messages into the
user mailboxes but something is preventing the complete processing of these
"stuck" messages.
