yep...look in the IMail admin app, at the general tab for a particular host. See the Single Message Max Size field? Put a value in bytes in that field.
There's a separate registry key for outbound size. It's in HKLM/Software/Ipswitch/IMail/Domains/<domain name here> The Key name is MaxOutboundSize. This is a DWORD and should be entered in bytes. Or leave it zero for unlimited.
