[IMail Forum] Very odd case: receiving emails interrupted by big emails

Dear all,

 

We use imail 8.20 (hot fix 2), we met the following strange cases several times as following.

1.       When the end user is out of office, he tried to use internet (not LAN) to send/receive email;

2.       In Office we use LAN, we could receive email all time;

3.       Out of office we met the case that we couldn’t receive email for big email blocked;

4.       The mail administrator in office received all emails to his mailbox and then forwarded the mail to the original receiver;

5.       Now even if the receiver is out of he could receive all forwarded emails including the blocked one.

 

I couldn’t find any issues to this, anyone would help me?
