We were listed at SORBS many months ago, for some completely unexpected and
unknown reason (we don't send spam). Numerous attempts to process a removal
request through their system have failed. I have never been able to get in
touch with anyone, and thus seem to be stuck forever. Attempts to wade through
their "queue" simply don't yield any results.

Apparently a lot of mail admins still use SORBS, because we frequently get
rejected when delivering totally legitimate email to our CLIENTS.

I know the blacklists operate with impunity, but this is ridiculous. Has
anyone found a way to work with SORBS that is actually effective?
