I gave you a log in to my personal server so you could take a look at where we are; just trying to be helpful.

Thanks for taking a look Dan.  We have Macs at work so no need for me to log into your box.  I'm passing along your comments to Kevin Gillis, the PM.

I got bored real quick. You guys play around all you like. Please don't break my mac.

Let me know if you want anything updated or modified. The disk is getting full, but that probably won't keep you from testing stuff.

PS: BTW, I've offered Ipswitch $195 for an SA on numerous occasions (it's just not worth $600 or $800 to me) but no takers - I just keep getting the offers of "over-the-top" pricing. So, your debugging is on an x-customer site, not a customer's. Wish you'd kept things reasonable for us little guys.

PPS: For some real debugging, you might want a faster line. The T1 here is not the stopper, it's that very slow ADSL upload speed that will make you pull out your hair.

There are some parsing errors in this version of the beta that we have taken care of already.  I'm downloading a newer build now and can load it up in about 30 minutes if you like.  For the MAC clients I guess the most important things to look at are can they view mail and can they send mail.

What do I look to see? What's "success"? What's "failure"? How deep do I need to delve with each browser?

Dan

Interesting first glitch. Windoze XP Pro, IE 6.0.2900.2109.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519, I logged on, sent a message to myself (message), replied using Outlook 2K (back), and see some HTML in the onscreen display at ipswitch after a "Check Mail":

Dan,

I have the beta four version of the web client running and I've created an
account that you can test with.  To hit the client go to
www.tndnet.us/iclient.  Note that this is running on DSL so I don't have the
upload bandwidth of a T1.  The account is dan and the password is mactest.

Thanks,
Tripp
