I strongly recommend you stay with your current working version for now. I have personally spent over 10 hours on the phone with tech support (or on hold waiting for them) and it is impossible to get a correctly working version of Imail 2006 at this time. Even the tech support people have demonstrated frustration with Ipswith on this issue.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and MAD customers. Stay where you are for now.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Consensus

We are currently running Imail 8.21 and I'm looking to upgrade to 2006 but after reading about the headaches here I'm wondering if that's such a good idea? We run ASSP for anti-spam & McAffee Webshield SMTP for antivirus all before the mail gets to imail so it's purely a delivery platform. Is there an overriding benefit in upgrading or should we stay where we are and possibly bite the bullet and upgrade only when a killer new feature arrives? We host about 20 domains but all bar two only have aliases in them to direct mail to our main address where we have ~150 mail accounts.

Thanks in advance for your input.
