I wrote in a few months ago and asked about the ADDUSER.EXE feature. You
can set nearly everything except for the Host Admin Toggle. Is that
something that has been implemented in v6.02? With that one feature we can
completely automate our whole system, however since it's not there it
requires a human using the GUI to go in and add it. How is everybody
automating the account creation on IMail? ODBC Connection? I've heard
that's unreliable from people in the group.

Since I see this question asked several times and no recent answers on
the forum, I thought it would help if I say:
This can happen with a 6.00/6.01 version of IMail. Seems the templates
(web files) needed a fix. If you 'patched' to 6.02, great, but the patch
does not install new templates. To get them, ftp to
ftp.ipswitch.com\ipswitch\product_support\imail and get the
tmplt602.zip. The \templates dir below this has a few templates we have
made available.
If you have modified the files in the \imail\web directory, backup or
move them to a different directory. Unzip the file to the cleaned
\imail\web directory. Note: files from the backup directory may be
needed, i.e. Ad Support and its files. You could just unzip and
overwrite any files, but this way I warned you!!
